1. What to do if I want a customized puzzle but don't want to provide my email address?
If you do not wish to provide your email address, you can send your request to us via Instagram. Once the puzzle is ready, we will upload it to the site and reply back via Instagram. You can then download it directly from the site.
2. How can I find a specific puzzle on the site?
The search option is currently not inbuilt in the site, however, you can locate a specific puzzle using the find command on your browser. Eg: Ctrl+F, Cmd+F or Ctrl+Shift+F. If you are using your phone, you can use the "Find on page" option to search the site.
3. How long does it take to receive the customized puzzle?
It might take up to 24 to 48 hours from the time the request was submitted to receive the customized puzzle.
